Shonda's GLAAD award acceptance speech (updated to include AfterEllen's coverage)  

The Hollywood Reporter article on Shonda's GLAAD award includes video of Kerry Washington presenting the award, and Shonda accepting (and they mention Callie and Arizona in the article).
